RICHMOND, Va. (October 31, 2022) — The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors and VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors will hold in-person meeting on Nov. 3, 2022, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions at James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Avenue, Room 303, Richmond, VA. The public may view a livestream of the open session video conference here: mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV.
